A second form of I.D. which must be one of the following:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
- Utility bill: The address/phone number on the bill must match the address/phone number on your photo I.D.
- Car registration: The registration must be current and the name on the registration must match the name on your photo I.D.
Rental limits apply. Customers who do not provide a credit card are limited to 3 rentals per visit.
Hollywood Video Card Use
After you've signed up, you may use your card to rent at any Hollywood Video store. However, you will still be asked to provide your basic membership information at each additional location, since each store's computer operates independently. You also will need to return any rentals to the store they were rented from.
Lost Hollywood Video Card
If you've lost your Hollywood Video membership card, please notify your local store for a replacement. Check the store locator to find the phone number of the store that issued your membership card.

Movie and Game Rental Rates
All movies and games may be rented for 5 days—even the newest releases! Rental rates vary by location, so check with your local store for current pricing.
Rental Return Schedule
You can keep all rentals—even the newest releases, DVDs, games, and guaranteed titles—for 5 days. All rentals are due at midnight on the return date. Here's a quick schedule to help you determine when your movies and games are due:

Late Returns
If you want to keep your rentals a little longer, or if you simply forget to bring them back before your rental period is up, your membership account will be assessed an additional rental period charge (sometimes called a “late fee”) in accordance with our membership terms and conditions. Inquire at your local store for a copy of these terms and conditions. You may pay all or a portion of your additional rental charges the next time you are in a store. At this time, additional rental charges are not payable online. We are always open to discussing your individual situation and a possible reduction of the amount of the charge.
Return Details
For your convenience, you may return movies and games to our handy drive-up drop box located in the front parking lot at most of our stores. You may also use the indoor movie return slot located just inside the front door. Please return all rentals to the store location where you rented them.
New Release Arrival Dates
You'll find new movies on our New Release shelves every Tuesday. To see what's currently in the stores and what movies will be coming soon, refer to our online New Release Calendar or visit the New Release Wall. Click on the title to view detailed information about the movie.
