Registering for My Hollywood Video

Anyone 13 years of age or older can sign up for My Hollywood Video, a personalized version of hollywoodvideo.com

1. Click “Sign In” on any page on the site.
2. Type your email address and choose “No, I am a new member”.
3. Click the submit button.
4. Your email address will be validated before you're taken to the registration page. If the email address is already in use by another user, you will get an error message. If not, it will be automatically added into the email address field on the registration page.
5. Fill in all information. All fields marked with asterisks are required. You will receive an error message unless these fields are complete.
6. Select the newsletters—Hollywood Video and/or Game Crazy—you wish to subscribe to (if any).
7. Click on “Create My Membership”
8. If there is an error or a required field is missing, you will get an error message. Please correct any errors and click on “Create My Membership”.
9. You will receive a confirmation message when registration is complete.

Signing In

1. Click “Sign In” on any page of the site.
2. Your email address is your ID. Enter it in the box provided.
3. Click on “Yes, I have password” and enter your password.
4. Click the submit button.
5. If an error occurs, correct any errors and resubmit.

Forgotten Password

1. On the sign in page, click on “Forgot Your Password” which is located under the submit button.
2. Enter your email address and click the submit button.
3. You will soon receive an email with your password. If you do not receive the email, contact us at members@hlyw.com.

Modifying a My Hollywood Video Account

1. Sign into My Hollywood Video.
2. Click on the “My Hollywood Video” tab and then choose “Modify My Account” from the dropdown menu.
3. Your account information will be displayed on the screen.
4. Change any of the account information by changing the text fields or by using the dropdown menus where available.
5. Once your changes are complete, click on the submit button.
6. You will receive a message stating that your changes were made successfully.

Changing the Email Address on Your Account

1. Sign in using your old email address.
2. Click on the “My Hollywood Video” tab and then choose “Modify My Account” from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on “Change My Email Address” at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Confirm your new email address.
6. Enter a password.
7. Click on the submit button.
8. If you receive an error message, correct the errors and resubmit.

Changing Your Password

1. Sign in using your old email address.
2. Click on the “My Hollywood Video” tab and then choose “Modify My Account” from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on “Change My Password” at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your old password.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Confirm your new password.
7. Click on the submit button.
8. You will receive a message stating that your changes were made successfully.

NewsReel and Gamers' Edge Email Newsletter Subscriptions

For up-to-date movie and store information delivered free via email twice monthly, sign up for “My Hollywood Video” and choose to subscribe to the newsletters.

If you wish to unsubscribe from either newsletter, open the last one you received and click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. If you have difficulties or questions, please email newsreel@hlyw.com.
