How do I get my discount coupon?
Coupon downloading software is provided by Coupons, Inc. Hollywood Video has contracted with Coupons, Inc. to securely deliver coupons to our members and provide the ultimate efficiency and customer service.
How do I print coupons?
Before printing the coupon please ensure your printer is:
- Powered on.
- Connected to the computer.
- Has paper.
Your computer will automatically download the "Coupon Manager" application from Coupons, Inc. Once the application is downloaded, the coupon will automatically print. The application only needs to be downloaded once.
Note: The application for printing coupons is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP and ME (Macintosh system computers are excluded). Application for printing coupons is compatible with the following browser software: Internet Explorer v.4.0+, Netscape Navigator v.4.0+, and AOL v.4.0+. If your printer jams or fails to print the coupons, please contact Member Services at Hollywood Star. If I print a coupon once, can I print it again?
Once you print your monthly coupon, you will not be able to access it again. We include the link in both newsletters to give you flexibility in choosing when to print the coupon. Coupons are single-use only. Once the original, customized coupon has been redeemed, any illegal copies will not be accepted at Hollywood Video.
What is my coupon valid for?
Coupons are valid for one free New Release, DVD or Hollywood Film Library® rental when another one of equal or greater value is rented.
Coupons are valid at any Hollywood Video location. Limit one coupon per customer, per visit. Coupons may not be combined or redeemed for cash. Cash value is 1/100¢.
Coupon must be used before the printed expiration date.
