THE BOURNE CONSPIRACY GAME SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY PRIZE. ONE ENTRY PER DAY. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCE OF WINNING. Sweepstakes starts on 6/6/08 and ends on 7/7/08.

1. ENTRY: Three ways to enter: (1) Rent Bourne Conspiracy at any Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, or Movie Gallery affiliate store between 6/6/08 and 7/7/08, and you will be automatically entered. Your membership and address information on file with Hollywood Video and/or Movie Gallery will be used to contact you in the event you are selected as a winner. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate. (2) On a 3” x 5” paper, hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, age, phone number and email address (optional) and mail it to: to “Bourne Conspiracy Sweepstakes” 9275 SW Peyton Lane, Wilsonville, OR 97070 postmarked by 7/7/08 and received by 7/14/08. (3) To enter online, complete and submit an entry form at the www.hollywoodvideo.com or www.moviegallery.com website. Entry must be filled out completely with name, address, city, state, zip code, age, area code, phone number, and e-mail address. Online entries must include a valid e-mail address. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on 7/7/08. Limit of one entry per person or household address per day by any method of entry. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be honored. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. Sponsor, Vivendi Games, and their agents are not responsible for incorrect, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries. Sponsor, Vivendi Games, and their agents are not responsible for computer system or phone line errors, software/hardware malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in transmission that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or entering any part of this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration or proper conduct of the sweepstakes and all entries submitted at the time of cancellation or suspension will be considered in the random drawing. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of an e-mail address, prize will be awarded to the Authorized Account Holder of the designated e-mail address. This sweepstakes shall be governed by Alabama law. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree that Alabama courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Alabama.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of 6/6/08. Employees of Sponsor, Vivendi Games, and their immediate families [spouse, children, siblings and/or parents] or persons who reside in the same household of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies; subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, (collectively “Released Parties”) are not eligible. Anyone who attempts to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be deemed ineligible, and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZES: Prize and approximate prize value: Ten (10) first prizes consisting of an exclusive Bourne Conspiracy leather jacket. Approximate Retail Value of each prize package: $100.00). Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Should a prize not be available, for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or a cash payment equal to the approximate retail value of the prize. Taxes on any and all of the prizes and any other incidental expenses related to the acceptance and use of any prize (which is not expressly stated herein as being the responsibility of Sponsor), are the sole responsibility of the respective Winner.
4. WINNER SELECTION: WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be randomly selected by Sponsor, on or about 7/21/08 from all eligible entries received. All decisions regarding the rules and conduct of this sweepstakes will be made by Sponsor whose decisions shall be final. Prize Winners will be notified by telephone and mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize Winners will be required to sign/return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and except where prohibited, a Publicity Release within 7 days of receipt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Return or rejection of the prize notification for any reason will cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (also randomly selected). Limit one prize per person. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor, Vivendi Games, and their agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of a prize.
5. GENERAL: By entering the sweepstakes each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) that Sponsor and the Released Parties and their respective parent or subsidiary companies, affiliated companies and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Sponsor of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet Web site or electronic defect, error or failure regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned due to unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes and will post notice thereof on www.hollywoodvideo.com or www.moviegallery.com.
6. WINNERS’ LIST – Official Rules: For a copy of the Official Rules or Winners’ names, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners’ List “Bourne Conspiracy Sweepstakes” – 9275 SW Peyton Lane, Wilsonville, OR 97070. Request must be postmarked by 8/30/07. VT and Canadian residents may omit return postage for an Official Rules or Winners List request.
