Tekken 6 Rules

1. Two ways to enter: (1) Rent or Buy Tekken 6 at any Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, or Movie Gallery affiliate store before 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on 11/20/09, and you will be automatically entered. Your membership and address information on file with Hollywood Video and/or Movie Gallery will be used to contact you in the event you are selected as a winner. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate (2) To enter online, complete and submit an entry form at the www.hollywoodvideo.com or www.moviegallery.com website. Entry must be filled out completely with name, address, city, state, zip code, age, area code, phone number, and e-mail address. Online entries must include a valid e-mail address. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on 11/20/09. Limit of one online entry per person or household address. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be honored. Entries become the sole property of Hollywood Entertainment Corporation and Movie Gallery US, LLC (“Sponsor”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. Sponsor and their agents are not responsible for incorrect, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries. Sponsor, Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Movie Gallery US, LLC and their agents are not responsible for computer system or phone line errors, software/hardware malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in transmission that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or entering any part of this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration or proper conduct of the sweepstakes and all entries submitted at the time of cancellation or suspension will be considered in the random drawing. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of an e-mail address, prize will be awarded to the Authorized Account Holder of the designated e-mail address. This sweepstakes shall be governed by Oregon law. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree that Oregon courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Clackamas county, Oregon.
2. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada, (excluding Quebec), age 13 or older as of 10/27/09. Employees of Sponsor, Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Movie Gallery US, LLC and their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. Anyone who attempts to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be deemed ineligible, and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside the United States of America, and where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
3. Prize and approximate prize value: Twenty (20) Grand Prizes consisting of the Tekken 6 game and a Limited Edition Wireless controller (10 under the Xbox 360 platform and 10 under the PS3 platform) Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $150 (Total ARV $3,000). Winners are responsible for taxes and fees. In order to win a prize, residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed 4-function arithmetical skill-testing question to be administered by mail and meet all other requirements.
4. Winners will be selected on or about 11/27/09 in random drawings. Winners will be notified by mail, email or phone and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification letter or alternate winners may be selected. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor, Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Movie Gallery US, LLC and their agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of a prize. Request must be postmarked by 1/20/10. VT residents may omit return postage.
5. Sponsor is solely responsible for the conduct of this sweepstakes and for the awarding of prizes. By entering, all entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that all decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Winners release Sponsor, Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Movie Gallery US, LLC, and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this sweepstakes, they will indemnify Sponsor, Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Movie Gallery US, LLC, and their directors, employees and agents from any and all such claims, including the attorney’s fees related thereto.
6. Except where prohibited, participation in this sweepstakes, constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment of consideration.
