Gary Goldstein's Best of 2006

Gary Goldstein is an award-winning screenwriter and playwright. He has sold or optioned many original screenplays, as well as enjoyed success rewriting features on assignment. Gary's "Manhattan Transfer" was bought by 20th Century Fox and Davis Entertainment, and his "If You Only Knew" was produced by Eternity Pictures and Moonstone Entertainment. In addition to his feature writing, Gary's stage plays often crossover, to film and television with the adaptation of his wedding comedy, "Three Grooms and a Bride," winning the 2003 One in Ten Screenplay Competition and his family comedy, "Parental Discretion," being developed as a half-hour pilot by Warner Bros. TV, with Jennifer Aniston executive producing. In television, Gary's episodic credits include such hit shows as "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Saved By the Bell." Most recently, his stage play "Curtain Call" won a national playwriting competition sponsored by L.A.'s Trapdoor Ensemble Theatre Company, which will produce the play's world premiere in 2006. Gary also loves reviewing and writing about films, and has been a life-long movie addict.
